Table Verte NYC

I have now eaten at Table Verte three times and am yet to be disappointed.  The menu changes slightly each week depending on what is bought from the market but I always thought that made dining out more exciting. The food is food, no pseudo meats or tofu, no processed junk, just plants and fruit yet the dishes are complex. The service is great. The Chef, Ken is a charming down to earth guy with a passion for making great cuisine. I met him in the city and we had somehow found out that we were both on a plant-based transition and thought we should collaborate. It has almost been a while since that day but we are working on some great videos and recipes to share. If you are just getting started with a healthier lifestyle it helps to go out and try some fancy plant-based entrees. Table Verte has options for vegans, vegetarians, gluten free and omnivores meaning plants to round out their meat and dairy diet.

Table Verte is located at 127 East 7th street, New York, NY 10009
