Truth behind calorie labels

Typically I look beyond the calorie amount but it does help gauge for controlling factors in special diets and particular needs. The conclusion that I take away from this video is if you are trying to stay under 2000 calories try to eat 1500 and you will hit 2000.

    quick question in which I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I’ve
    had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
    I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to
    be lost just trying to figure out how to begin.
